A windshield banner, also known as a logo decal or windshield sticker is a decal that is placed on the front of your vehicle. These decals are made out of premium wrap based vinyl that will help give your car some extra flair.

How to Install a Windshield Banner:

First, you will want to measure your windshield banner decal | Vinyl Status so that you can determine the proper placement of the banner. Once you have determined where you want the banner to be placed it is time to install it on your vehicle.

Start by cutting away about 1/3 of the white paper backing from the decal with a pair of scissors, taking the transfer tape and colored decal with you. Once that is complete place it on a clean window, using 3 pieces of tape to secure it in place.

Creative Ways to Use Windshield Banners for Your Car’s Personalization

Once you have positioned the banner where you want it use a credit card or other object to squeegee it down and remove any air bubbles that might be trapped on the sticker. Once the banner is squeegeed down you can lift the remaining portion of the paper backing from the windshield.

No person shall operate a motor vehicle with a sign, poster, or other non-transparent material upon the front windshield, wings, deflectors, side shields, corner lights adjoining the windshield, or windows to the immediate right and left of the driver, that obstructs, obscures or impairs the driver’s clear view of the highway or an intersecting highway. This includes any stickers, labels or informational signs that are required by law to be displayed on a windshield.
